Walker

Walker was the second pup to arrive and weighed in at a solid pound! He is our black and tan boy. He has very minimal white markings, which include the toes of each foot and a narrow amount of white on the chest. Walker was born with double rear dewclaws which have been removed. What is interesting about Walker's dewclaws is that he was also born with double front dewclaws. I have only seen this one other time which was when Duke was bred to Roper's dam, Holly. If I had noticed his double front dewclaws at birth, I would have had the extra one removed when he was 3 days old. However, I didn't discover it until he was 6 days old. So this special boy will have six toes on his front feet, instead of the normal five.
