Becca came home with us from VA, late in the fall of 2001.  She has always been "my rock" with her strong stable temperament.  She is confident in any situation and a joy to have around.  Becca has been involved in obedience and agility classes, and has also done visits to a local nursing home/retirement center.  Becca has the most gorgeous eyes that literally radiate love to her family.  Bec is also one of the most nurturing mothers I have ever seen.  Bec was retired from our breeding program in January of 2009.  She is enjoying life with out worries & helping to raise her granddaughter, Holly.

September 2016 - I am sad to say that Bec passed away in December of 2015.  She was the matriarch of my breeding program and had the most wonderful temperament I have seen.  While Bec didn't exhibit the smiling gene, she passed it along to many of her offspring, including Dillon.  She always had a "happy" look to her face, but did not do the submissive grin.  Bec never met a stranger, always was up for a ride, would love to chase squirrels & large predatory birds, was the best mom and in general, just loved life.  Bec is greatly missed by our family, but I am so glad to know that there are many of her offspring, grand pups, great-grand pups, etc. that are still out there.  Until we meet again - I love you, Bec!
