Benjamin Sisko - Commanding Officer of the Starbase Deep Space Nine
Sisko was the third puppy to arrive and weighed in at 12 ounces. He is a tri-color. Sisko has a good amount of white on his front legs, with white feet in the rear. He has a full white chest, a medium length white tail tip, a partial collar across the back of his neck, a white muzzle, plus a blaze that connects to his collar.

Sisko has been my middle of the road kind of guy from the beginning. He's quick to do the automatic sit so he can get picked up & he does it quietly. 😉 Over at Claire's place he was "the" pup that immediately showed herding instinct. It was so very cool watching him with the ducks. Sisko will be staying locally with a family in the Raleigh area. He will get to grow up with their children and be a great all around companion for the family.

Sisko is more of a middle of the road kind of guy within the litter. Sisko was the first puppy to go down the steps from the porch. I had taught/encouraged them to come up as we go back inside from the pen, but not how to handle the down aspect. He decided last night to go back down on his own - with no help, no problems! I enjoy the intelligence of this breed & this puppy. In general, he is easy to redirect, figures things out quickly & is a lot of fun.

Sisko is beginning to learning to play with toys and his siblings. Currently he is a fairly laid back sort of guy, but that can change over the course of the next few weeks!
